during which crews worked to retrieve a vehicle that had been found in a ravine on the face of Taylor Mountain. The road was again closed for several hours on Saturday as the investigation continued. On Sunday, the Sheriff’s Office reported that the vehicle was a full size truck that was found on the night of August 9th over 380 feet from the road in a ravine. “There were no injuries resulting from this incident due to the truck being unoccupied when it went off the road,” shares the Sheriff’s Office. The incident is being investigated as a stolen vehicle.
