Uintah High School represented very well at competition this month with
three Uintah seniors being named Sterling Scholars for the Northeast Region
and four being named runner-ups. Brenden Bodily was named runner-up World
Languages Sterling Scholar for the Northeast Region. Brenden is the son of
Gerald and Laurie Bodily. He is involved in track, cross country, SoVoce,
and is a member of the National Honor Society. He has a 4.0 cumulative GPA
and loves to sing and run with friends. He plans to serve a mission for his
church after graduation and then attend USU in Logan, majoring in
International Business. The Uintah group produced an impressive three
Region Sterling Scholars with four others earning runner-up honors; all of
whom will be highlighted on BasinNow.com.
