All in the Uintah Basin and beyond are invited to support a local church as they raise funds for an upgrade needed to their historic building. St. Paul’s Episcopal Church is the second oldest religious structure still standing in the Uintah Basin having been built in 1901. The building is even included on the National Register of Historic Places. The congregation is raising funds to replace the doors on the front of their historic church by selling raffle tickets for a fantastic Valentine’s dinner for a group of 8 people. The dinner will be held on February 9th at the parish house at St. Paul’s. One person will win the raffle and then will get to invite 7 more people for the delicious dinner with time to mingle and enjoy live music beforehand. The drawing will be on January 28th. Tickets are $1 each and 6 for $5. To purchase tickets, text 435-790-0214 or Venmo @Judy-Kurtz with a note that it is for the dinner raffle and include a contact number.
