While students have already had a few weeks at home, hopefully the official arrival of spring break will provide local youth with something to smile about. Uintah School District Superintendent Rick Woodford provided a District update last week reminding all in the District that Spring Break officially begins on Monday, April 6th, and school will not resume again in Uintah School District until Tuesday, April 14th. This means students will not have home-based instruction, all District employees will not work, there will be no grab-n-go school lunches served, the district’s tech support hotline will be closed, and the district office will be closed. Home based instruction, the free lunch service, and the tech support hotline for Uintah School District will all start up again on April 14th. Spring break for the Duchesne County School District also starts today but runs through Friday, April 10th and home based learning resumes on Monday, April 13th. The Duchesne County curbside school meals will not be available over spring break and will resume on Monday when school does.
