The Union boys baseball team headed to Juab High school pod site to kick off the 3A baseball tournament facing Emery. The Spartans put together a big fourth inning to build a 7-1 lead, then the Cougars started to chip away at the lead, but fell short to lose 7-6.
 The Cougars then faced the Morgan Trojans. Kayson Marx pitched a shut out as the Cougars got the win 5-0.
The Cougars then faced the 2^nd ranked Canyon View Falcons on Thursday losing a close one 4-3 to end their season.
