Uintah County will soon be host to a traveling Smithsonian exhibit. UtahHumanities.org shares that the ‘H2O Today’ Smithsonian exhibit will be displayed at the Uintah County Heritage Museum from April 26th through July 31st. “The exhibition examines the diversity and challenges of our global water sources and promotes conversation, creativity, and innovation through art, science, and technology,” shares the announcement. “The exhibition traveling in Utah also features our state’s unique relationship with water and how it shapes how we live. H2O Today is organized by the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service, and is touring Utah in partnership with Utah Humanities and the Uintah County Heritage Museum. The tour is part of Think Water Utah, a statewide collaboration and conversation on the critical topic of water presented by Utah Humanities and its partners.” The ribbon cutting for the Smithsonian exhibit at the Uintah County Heritage Museum is Monday, April 26th at 1 p.m.
