Finding the right job opportunity usually comes down to being qualified and UBTech is sharing the word on one such opportunity. UBTech CDL Instructor Seth Taylor presented at the Vernal Chamber luncheon on Tuesday and he focused on one main thing. There is a shortage of qualified truck drivers and the length of time to get qualified has just recently been cut in half. Taylor explained that there are a variety of industries that need truck drivers and in talking with leaders in these industries it was determined that the CDL training program length of time would be changed from 12 to 6 weeks.
