The weather has been changing and pretty soon cold weather gear will be a must. For those running short on coats and other winter apparel for this coming season, the Rotary Club of Vernal will be hosting their Winter Coat and Hoodie Drive next month as an opportunity to get coats and other gear. In the meantime, the Rotary Club is busy collecting donations of new and gently used coats in all sizes and for all ages. This year, the Rotary Club coordinated with local businesses and agencies to serve as donation locations, including Uintah County Library, Davis Food and Drug, State Farm Insurance, and Neighborhood Cleaners. As with every year, the Rotary Club hopes to help as many families as possible so the entire community can stay warm this fall and winter. Every donation is appreciated! Donations will be collected through November 5th and the Coat & Hoodie Drive will be held November 8th from 3 to 7pm at the Uintah County Library.
