A Roosevelt woman was arrested this week in Uintah County on outstanding warrants and is facing new charges as well. According to the Probable Cause Statement, 42-year-old Jocelyn Shey Cesspooch was arrested on January 20th on outstanding warrants. Cesspooch informed officers that she had Methamphetamine and Marijuana on her person. At the jail, two clear baggies were retrieved, including one baggie of Methamphetamine and another baggie of Marijuana. Cesspooch has a prior Drug Distribution conviction, as well as 2 prior convictions for Possession or use within the last 7 years. Court documents list Cesspooch as in custody and being held on no bail.
