Roosevelt City is ready to celebrate the Grand Opening of the new Roosevelt Sports Complex at Constitution Park and they have a special gift for the first 500 people! The groundbreaking for the sports complex was held about 1 year ago and the project cost has been estimated at $3.5 million dollars, funded by the Community Impact Board, Roosevelt City, and community partners. So what is the reward for attending the Grand Opening? Well, the first 500 to arrive will receive a free $5 food truck token good for any of the food trucks that will be there. “This new facility is truly amazing,” shares the City’s latest announcement. “We can’t wait to see you all here on August 22nd at 6:30 pm when the complex will be full of food trucks, sports team booths, and activities for the whole family!”
