‘Shop with a Cop’ is a favorite holiday tradition and Roosevelt Police is sharing information on this year’s event. Once again, the event will be held at Stewarts Market/Ace Hardware in Roosevelt. Those that have children ages 4 to 12 that need a little help with Christmas are encouraged to contact their clergy or a local civic organization like DCFS or Rotary and have them refer the children to the Roosevelt Police Department. “We would like to thank all who help make this program possible; Stewarts, Crescent Point and a large number of individuals and businesses who donate to bring joy to those less fortunate at this time of year,” shares Roosevelt Police. The event this year will take place on December 14th.
