A local crime fighting duo have received their due recognition following a recent competition sponsored by the Sandy City Police Department. Roosevelt Police Corporal Jared Harrison and his K9 partner, Indie, recently competed at the Bradley Taylor Memorial K9 Trials. “Corporal Harrison and Indie faced tough competition from top K9 teams from across the state,” shares the announcement from Roosevelt PD. “[They] brought home 1st Place for Tactical Obedience, 2nd Place for Top Patrol Dog, and 4th Place for Criminal Apprehension. Corporal Harrison and all our K9 teams at the Roosevelt City Police Department work tirelessly to sharpen their skills to serve and protect our community and we are incredibly proud of their accomplishments and are grateful to have them representing our city!” Congratulations on the elite win!
