Roosevelt City is saying goodbye to another longtime employee. Carolyn Wilcken has served for 38 years as the City Recorder for Roosevelt City. She joined the team at Roosevelt City in 1983 and was honored on Wednesday, November 4th by past and present city staff members. Roosevelt City shares that Carolyn “has been a staple in public meetings and has overseen careful management of the City’s records. She served under multiple City administrators and provided a wealth of institutional knowledge to staff members and elected officials throughout the years.” Such dedication and service to one’s community is a shining example of civic duty. The whole of the Uintah Basin joins Roosevelt City in wishing her a heart-felt thank you and all the best in her retirement.
