It’s been a bit of an administrative roller coaster at Roosevelt City. City Manager Scott Finlayson is no longer the City Manager as of Tuesday’s Roosevelt City Council meeting. Roosevelt City Council made the decision in a unanimous vote on Tuesday night. When asked for a comment, Roosevelt City confirmed that Finlayson was no longer with the City and that the Council decided “to take the management of the City in a different direction.” Roosevelt City Council’s meeting is available to view on the Roosevelt City youtube page.
