Roosevelt City Has Exciting Plans For Current Library Building Once Available

by | Jan 7, 2022 | News | 0 comments

The Roosevelt Branch of the Duchesne County Library System has been an important part of the community and it will continue to be even when the library moves to its new location in the fall. Roosevelt City has received a grant to renovate the current library building into an Innovation Hub, a place for local entrepreneurs to network and operate in a professional space. This type of building use has been popping up around the state since 2019 when the Governor’s Office of Economic Development solicited grant applications for rural co-working and online innovation centers. Vernal City is among those that have opened and are finding success. The grant funding received by Roosevelt City will enable renovations to make it a workable professional networking space.
