Roosevelt City is asking the community to help find those individuals going the extra mile in their service. November 1st is Extra Mile Day and Roosevelt City wants to honor these wonderful individuals. To nominate someone for an Extra Mile Day award, send their name and a short description of how that individual has gone the extra mile for the residents of Roosevelt City to webmaster@rooseveltcity.com. Another option is to leave the information in a comment or message on the city’s social media. All nominations are due by no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, October 16th. Awards will be presented at the Roosevelt City Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 17th.
