The city of Roosevelt wants city residents to know that with spring in the air and on the calendar it is City Cleanup and Free Dump Days. For Roosevelt residents bring a utility bill and a photo ID to K&K Sanitation in Ballard for free dumping and non-city residents can go to the Duchesne landfill. Note that some items are not accepted, including tires, batteries, and hazardous waste. Also this offer does not apply to contractors, however, it can be used for other industrial waste. The event will run
from Saturday, April 27 thru Saturday, May 4.
The hours for the dump are
7am to 5pm
on the weekdays and
8am to 4pm
on Saturdays with no dumping allowed on Sunday. Get on outside and help to make your city clean.
