Roosevelt Animal Shelter is overcrowded and the shelter is desperately in need of the community’s support. The facility has 64 kennels but averages 80 to 100 animals at a time with a waitlist of 60 dogs and 100 cats. Here are some ways to help: Ensure your pets tags are up to date and keep pets home, spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinate, commit to your animal, volunteer, adopt, sponsor adoption fees, spread word and awareness, donate (food, blankets, toys etc.). We have so many mouths to feed and greatly appreciate all donations!
