Rifle Police Department said a hard goodbye this week. “It is with great sadness that we have to say good-bye to our incredible K9 TULO,” they shared. “Tulo passed early [Tuesday] morning laying beside his fur-ever best friend, dad, handler, Garrett Duncan.” Rifle PD led a rolling processional for TULO on Tuesday morning so TULO could take his last ride through the town he took care of for his entire career. “TULO touched numerous lives in the Rifle Community and beyond during his career with the Rifle Police Department,” shared Rifle PD.
