A repeat DUI offender has once again been arrested and is facing new felony DUI charges. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, 34-year-old Willie Joe Tapoof was detained during a traffic stop in Roosevelt on January 20th. A clear glass pipe with methamphetamine residue was on the floor of his vehicle. A second pipe with methamphetamine was on the back floor of the vehicle. Marijuana and open beer cans were located as well. Tapoof was found to have 4 warrants for his arrest and a suspended license. Tapoof is charged with 3rd Degree Felony DUI with 2 or more priors in 10 years, as well as other possession, paraphernalia, open container, and driving on a suspended license charges.
