An alcohol restricted driver was arrested this month after a new incidence of driving under the influence. A concerned citizen called police and when officers responded they found 50-year-old Antonio Redfoot sitting inside his vehicle. Following a failed field sobriety test, Redfoot was arrested. He resisted arrest and continued to fight and yell profanities at the hospital and throughout. Redfoot is charged with 3rd Degree Felony DUI and other misdemeanor charges, including Disorderly Conduct and Interfering with a Peace Officer.
