Representative John Curtis promised one more visit to the Uintah Basin before the end of the year and he’s delivering on that promise this Friday. While this won’t be his last visit, it is his last visit as a Congressman. 2025 will bring a change in title as John Curtis steps into the role of Utah Senator, a role he has said he’ll use to continue to promote energy independence and awareness. Most recently, Representative John Curtis has been working on the National Defense Authorization Act which passed the House. Representative Curtis says, “This bill reflects Utah’s priorities by bolstering our defense capabilities, strengthening our alliances, and ensuring our military is well-prepared to meet evolving threats.” To hear more from Congressman Curtis, tune into NewsTalk KVEL on Friday.
