Duchesne County Sheriff Travis Tucker has asked the public for assistance in sharing information related to ongoing cases of a man currently charged with Rape of a Child. The Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office shared that on April 15th, a search warrant was executed on the residence of Michael Hardinger of Roosevelt. “Mr. Hardinger was taken into custody on that date by Detectives with the Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with Rape of a Child, and Obstruction of Justice. Mr. Hardinger is currently being held without bail in the Duchesne County Jail. At the time of his arrest Mr. Hardinger was on pre-trial ankle monitor release from the Duchesne County Jail on charges of Possession of Child Pornography.” The Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for information related to Mr. Hardinger’s ongoing cases.
