Prom might be a ways away but that is not stopping the TNT Youth Council from gathering prom donations now. The TNT Youth Council is accepting new or gently used formal dresses, suits/tuxedos, shoes (both men’s and women’s), skirts, dress shirts, dress pants, and accessories. Please drop donations off at the Uintah County Library, the Uintah County Heritage Museum or USU Extension Office. Donations will be accepted until April 14th. In partnership with the Vernal Elks Lodge, the youth council will then hold the Prom Drive Giveaway on April 15th and 16th from 10am to 5pm at the Vernal Elks Lodge. This is when local youth can come get spiffed up for the big dance.
