Who likes candy? It might be easier to ask who does not like candy? One of the most popular events of the year at the Uintah County Library is the OH! Fudge candy making demo. The 16th annual OH! Fudge candy making demo will be broken up into two classes, a family session and an adult session. Due to current circumstances, masks are required for admittance and each person attending must be registered separately. Event Director Mauri Ruppe says for those patrons who don’t want to come in person they will be streaming live on Facebook. Those who will be viewing from home can come to the library the Thursday or Friday before the event and get samples and recipe booklets. Ruppe explains that it’s possible plans may have to be adjusted or reconsidered if the county COVID-19 Transmission Index is adjusted to High Risk. Both sessions are on Saturday, November 14th in the library’s large conference room. The family session will start at 10am and the adult session is at 1pm.
