Funeral Services for Phebe Jane Merkley Hall, age 95 of Vernal, will be held Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 11 am with viewings held Wednesday, from 6-8 pm at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary, and Thursday 1hr prior to service at the chapel.
Burial will be in the Maeser Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
