A local event that draws ATV enthusiasts to enjoy the Uintah Basin is just around the bend. The 3rd Annual Outlaw ATV Jamboree will be held May 31st through June 2nd with over 12 local guided rides and several self guided rides in the Vernal area. Along with the Slaugh and the Ellis families, the Anderson family of Vernal has been involved with the event from the beginning. “Every year more and more people come from the Basin and from around the country to enjoy the natural beauties that the Uintah Basin has to offer,” shares Kenzy Anderson. “Along with sightseeing, they also get to make friends.” The ATV rodeo is among Anderson’s favorite events though he also just fully enjoys the interaction with fellow ATVers. “We live in an area that is so unique to the world,” explains Anderson. “I get to see so much of it just from this jamboree…It’s definitely the best way to show off our hidden gem to the world.” Registration and more information is available at
