Two open house meetings concerning the recently completed Revised Forest Plan for Ashley National Forest have been rescheduled. “The meetings are in connection with the January 26th record of decision for the Ashley National Forest’s final revised land management plan and final environmental impact statement (EIS),” shares the Forest announcement. Originally scheduled for March 14th, the meeting in Manila and Green River are now scheduled on April 4th from 10am to noon at the Daggett County Commission Chambers and from 2 to 4pm in Green River, Wyoming at the Sweetwater County Commission Boardroom. The open houses will be an opportunity to speak with Forest Service specialists and learn how the new Forest Plan will help manage the National Forest into the future.
