Ashley National Forest has a suggestion for you this winter while the snow is keeping you inside. Utah’s HB180 requires all adult OHV operators to complete a free Utah Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course. The test became available on January 1st and is required before hitting the trails, whenever that will be. It is a once-in-a-lifetime requirement and aims to increase safety and educate operators of Utah’s OHV laws. The course is available at www.recreation.utah.gov and takes about 30 minutes to complete.
