The Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office has shared new information on a missing person whose destination was in Duchesne County. A few weeks ago, the Sheriff’s Office shared that a man from Finland was last seen in the Talmage/Mountain Home area of Duchesne County. This week, the Sheriff’s Office added that Onni Llmari Raassina had arrived at the Salt Lake City International Airport on March 5th and was believed to be traveling to the Moon Lake area in Duchesne County but he has not been seen since. Onni is a 28 year-old male from Finland with blue eyes, blonde hair, and is 5’9” tall. If anyone has information regarding this individual, please contact law enforcement.
