While much of the state is limiting celebration options for this holiday weekend, the Uintah Basin has a long list to choose from. Among those is the Neola 4th of July Celebration. Like their poster says, they might ask that everyone “Keep One Cow Apart” or at least 6 feet but that doesn’t mean there won’t be a lot to enjoy. The day starts off with a half marathon and 5K. That evening kicks off with Grab and Growl dutch oven dinner running from 4pm ‘till it’s gone! At 5pm, there will be a patriotic program at the Neola Park North West Pavillion then the rodeo starts at 7pm. Keeping safety in mind, event organizers are asking all to practice social distancing and comply with local and state guidelines. Please stay home if you are sick.
