Vernal Oilers Head Coach Ryan Howse has declared Monday, March 24th, officially an unofficial local holiday and invite all to tune in to the watch party with all the energy and positive vibes for the Oilers’ first ever National Championship game. The link to watch is shared on the Vernal Oilers Facebook page and the game starts at 8:30am Mountain Standard Time. The Vernal Oilers made history this month as the first USPHL Premier Regular Season Champions with an undefeated 44 – 0 season record. The previous record was for 30 straight wins. What’s even more impressive is that the Oilers never even took a loss in overtime or a shootout. Today the Vernal Oilers play in the National Championship against the Springfield PICS.
