More arrests have been made in connection with multiple theft cases in Duchesne County. 32-year-old Gattlyn Macaulay Nicholes was arrested on July 26th and booked into Duchesne County Jail having been found in possession of stolen camp trailers, ATVs and more. On July 30th, 56-year-old Mark Patrick Moyer was arrested for 3rd Degree Felony Obstruction of Justice after detectives found that Mark Moyer had been an informant to Gattlyn Nicholes. Detectives had spoken with Moyer at the Pinder Ranch where Moyer worked. Text messages later revealed that Moyer informed Nicholes that officers had been there looking for him and to stay away from the ranch to avoid apprehension. Another arrest related to Gattlyn Nicholes was 64-year-old Jeffery Seymore Giles on July 30th. Giles allegedly took a trailer that had been left parked at Big G convenience store. As of the time of arrest, the trailer had not been recovered and was last believed to be in the possession of Gattlyn Nicholes.
