One year after the initial move in, the Moffat County Courthouse project is considered 100 percent complete. Construction began in 2021. In March of 2023, a temporary Certificate of Occupancy was received with the project 97 percent complete with only non-essential project tasks remaining. With all the construction and landscaping now complete, the official Certificate of Occupancy was obtained last week. The building houses County Administration and Judicial Offices in addition to the courthouse. Meeting and conference space is available to the public and can be reserved by calling 970-824-5517.
