Arrests were made for meth distribution in Moffat County last week thanks to the work of the All Crimes Enforcement Team in Northwest Colorado. Detective Sergeant Bryan Gonzales, the Drug Task Force Commander, issued a press release on the arrests, sharing that on the morning of February 27th, the All Crimes Enforcement Team (ACET), along with the Craig Police Department, the Moffat County Sheriff’s Office and the Special Response Team, executed a search warrant at a residence in the 800 block of Jerimiah Ave in Craig, Colorado. This search warrant was a result of a month-long investigation by the All Crimes Enforcement Team that showed drug distribution was occurring at the residence. As a result of the investigation, 35-year-old Elizabeth Ginther and 42-year-old Clinton Ginther were arrested on charges related to the Illegal Distribution of Controlled Substances for Methamphetamine. Due to the large quantity of Methamphetamine found on scene, both Elizabeth and Clint face class 1 Drug Felonies, the most severe drug felony in the state of Colorado. Elizabeth faces an additional charge of Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class 6 Felony. The All Crimes Enforcement Team’s primary mission is to identify, disrupt and dismantle drug trafficking organizations. Working with area Law Enforcement, they remain committed to aggressively enforcing drug laws in Northwest Colorado and encourage residents to report suspicions of illegal drug activity to their local authorities.
