A member of the Uintah Basin Back Country Horsemen has been recognized by the Lieutenant Governor for her active engagement as a devoted volunteer in the state of Utah. Laura Winkler was presented with the UServeUtah award during the Dinotrails meeting held at the Uintah County building on Tuesday. Her award was no surprise to those who know Laura, as she is known for her countless hours of service given including her help maintaining high mountain trails. Congratulations Laura Winkler on your recognition and thank you for representing the Basin so well!
