Brian Gorum visited the KVEL studio last week for an interview on the Meet the Candidate Forum. Gorum is running for the Senate District 26 seat currently held by Senator Kevin Van Tassell. His campaign information can be found at

. In the final vote, Gorum had majority of delegate votes at the Utah GOP Convention. As part of his platform, Gorum says that government by nature is inefficient and there is a need to peel back the layers and give control back to the people. The Meet the Candidate Forum started on May 7th and is being held select mornings from 8 to 9am broadcast on News Talk KVEL 104.5 FM and 920 AM. Eileen Gallagher for Senate District 26 will be interviewed on Monday, June 11th. Interviews will be rebroadcast weekday mornings from 8 to 9am through June 19th.
