A head-on collision between a Jeep and transit bus has left one man dead and at least 5 others seriously injured. Craig Daily Press reports that the accident took place Wednesday evening on Highway 40 when the Jeep traveling east drifted into the oncoming lane hitting the bus head on. The Jeep’s driver sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene. The transit bus was traveling to Craig from Steamboat Springs and had 21 people on board, 5 of whom received non-life threatening injuries.
