An AT&T employee is in Duchesne County Jail after he allegedly accessed a customer’s explicit photos and messaged them back to the customer. According to the arresting officer’s Affidavit of Probable Cause, a Roosevelt woman called Central Dispatch on January 3rd very upset after explicit photos of herself were sent to her phone from an unknown number. As far as she knew, the woman’s ex-husband was the only other person that had access to the photos. Investigation revealed that the phone number the photos came from belonged to Marvin Herrera and it was determined that that was the name of the AT&T employee who had helped the woman set up a new device earlier that day at the AT&T store. The officer advised the victim to block Herrera’s phone number and gave her information on obtaining a protective order. After further investigation the next day the officer stopped and detained Herrera as he was leaving the AT&T store. He was placed under arrest for Distribution of Pornography By An Adult.
