What is it like to be a local author? What about a local artist? What about a colorblind author and artist? Author/Artist Levi Mecham (who has some novels out under the name of L.J. Stubbs), will be signing books and talking about that very subject next week. Levi Mecham was born and raised in rural Utah. He received his Associate’s Degree from Utah State University at the same time he graduated high school. He attended Brigham Young University and earned a Bachelor’s in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), a field he still works in to this day. He has written ‘Crusader’s Valor’ and will be releasing ‘A Forlorn Hope’ and ‘After the End’ soon. He will be at the Uintah County Library on Monday, November 21st starting with his presentation and followed by the book signing. The event starts at 5 pm and ends at 8 pm.
