A local student is turning heads with her impressive piece of art now on display in the Springville Museum of Art. Uintah High School Junior Lily Carlson’s graphite drawing titled ‘Sisterly Innocence’ was selected for the 52nd Annual Utah All-State High School Art Show. Lily earned a 3rd Congressional District Award honorable mention, a Utah Senate Visual Arts Award honorable mention, and the Utah School Board of Education Purchase Award. The All-State High School Art Show is on display at the Springville Museum of Art through March 22nd. The Uintah School Board recognized Lily during their Wednesday board meeting.
