Funeral services for Richard “Jim” Brough, of Neola, will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Avalon Community Center. A viewing will be held that morning from 9:30 – 10:45 a.m.
Burial in the Avalon Cemetery with military honors presented by the Duchesne American Legion, Marine Honor Guard and the Patriot Guard Riders. Services under the direction of the Hullinger Mortuary.
