Funeral services for Jeffrey “Jeff” Allen Shepherd, age 63 of Vernal, will be held Friday October 20 at 5:00pm at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home. Visitation for family and friends will from 3:00pm~4:45pm all at the mortuary.
Interment will be on Saturday at 10:00am in Vernal Memorial Park. Services under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
