The Duchesne County Library System is offering an abundance of community activities this month. The Utah State University Extension will be presenting a financial workshop titled “Inflation-Proof Your Grocery Budget” on October 18th at 7:00pm at the Duchesne Branch Library. Experts will discuss tried and true ways of getting through these challenging, tight times. Duchesne Family Movie Night is October 13th at 6pm. Duchesne’s Teen Halloween Party will be October 20th at 4pm. The Roosevelt Board Game Night will happen again on October 21st from 6 to 11pm at the Crossroads Senior Center. Anyone old enough to handle board games is welcome, but child care is not provided. Story Times at the Duchesne Branch are every Tuesday at 11:30am. Story Times at the Roosevelt Branch are held 4 times a week at 10am and 1pm on both Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The content is the same all week, so families are welcome to come at the time most convenient for them.
