The grand opening of the ice rink at Constitution Park in Roosevelt is a sure thing and the community is invited to the festivities on Friday, January 15th. “Skating will be available all day long,” shares Roosevelt City. “There is no cost to use the rink. Just bring your own skates and dress warm!” Roosevelt City staff will be on site from approximately 5:30 to 8pm with free hot chocolate and there will be vendors on site with dinner options and then fireworks will be launched at 7pm.
