Hogwarts House Cup for Uintah County Fall Reading Program

Though the weather might be saying otherwise, summer is over. The Uintah County Library reported that the summer reading program of 2019, A Universe of Stories was a great success. Through all the participants there was 1,625,371 minutes of reading time logged. While that is definitely an impressive achievement, it can act as a goal for the county to beat as the fall reading program begins. Called the Hogwarts House Cup, the fall program looks to be a very fun competition as people are divided into the different houses of Hogwarts: Ravenclaw, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, and Gryffindor. Individuals of all ages should go to the Children’s Help Desk to be sorted into a house by the sorting hat. Then login into the Beanstalk website or download the Beanstalk Tracker today. The fall reading program started Sunday, September 1st and goes until Monday, September 30th. Get sorted and then get to reading!
