Crews continued work on the Gusher Highway 40 UDOT project this week. According to the most recent UDOT update, paving is getting underway and will run at least through Saturday. Paving will all take place during daytime hours. 9750 East remains closed and local traffic will need to continue use of 10000 East until the road is reopened. It is anticipated it will reopen in the coming weeks. The expected hours of operation for the project are Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm. The full project is expected to run through the end of the year. The project work is being done between milepost 122 and 126. The speed limit has been reduced to 50 mph through the work zone.
