One person was life flighted in serious condition after an accident on Highway 40 in Duchesne County on Wednesday morning. Sgt. Cameron Roden with Utah Highway Patrol reports that the accident occurred at 11:43am at milepost 106 just north of Myton. A white Kenworth semi pulling empty double tanker trailers was preparing to turn right onto 6250 South when a 1988 beige Ford motorhome started to pass the semi on the right side. As the semi proceeded to make the right turn the motorhome hit into the right side of the semi truck. The driver of the semi was not injured while the driver of the motorhome was airlifted from the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
