Local athletes have been named to the 2018 All-State teams for softball and baseball. For Uintah girls softball, Madi Rouska, Malorie Luck, and Kassidy Callahan were named 4A Second Team. Morgan Reynolds received Honorable Mention. For Union girls softball, Marleigh Horrocks and Ally Rook were named 3A First Team. Madison Hadlock and Mesa Nielsen were named 3A Second Team. Delci Lamb received 3A Honorable Mention. For Duchesne girls softball, Kelsey Woodhouse and Josie Crum were named 2A First Team. Altamont’s Gracie Gardner, Cassidy Rasmussen, Rose Potts and Duchesne’s Madison Karren were all named 2A Second Team. 2A Honorable Mention were Duchesne’s Sierra Lefler and Altamont’s Lizzy Smith. For Uintah boys baseball, Kyler Murray was selected as 4A Honorable Mention. For Union boys baseball, Lincoln Labrum and Easton Rohrer were named to 3A First Team. Logan Duncan and Matt Williams received 3A Honorable Mention.
