A Green River, Wyoming man is facing a felony charge of Aggravated Assault and Battery after pointing a loaded gun at a minor. Two minors told police about the incident in which they were coasting their dirt bikes on a sidewalk when the man called out to them and told them they could not do that. In response, the boy on the sidewalk moved to the street. That was when 70-year-old Boyd Kettle allegedly told the minor to get off his property and he pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the minor. The other minor took a video of the altercation which was turned over to police. When interviewed by police, Kettle admitted he had pointed a handgun at them and told them to leave because they were suspicious. The handgun was collected from the residence and officers noted that the safety was off and a bullet was in the chamber. Kettle was arrested and the charge against him has a potential sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
